Villeneuve sur Lot Golf & Country Club

 

The Golf & Country Club lies between Perigord and Gascony and just 15 kilometres from the town of Villeneuve sur Lot in the Lot et Garonne department.

A colourful market is held every Tuesday and Saturday morning in the Covered Market Hall where visitors can buy traditional French foods, wines, crafts and souvenirs. From there, a short stroll will take you to the magnificent Eglise Saint Catherine – built, unusually, from red bricks in the Romano-Byzantine style.
